1290 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This platform is intended for users in Malaysia, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your location. Only one account is permitted per individual — registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the 1290 support team immediately at [email protected]. 1290 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.

Identity Verification

1290 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security, fraud prevention, or internal compliance purposes. Failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a user of the 1290 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules and to refrain from any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, the experience of other users, or any applicable law.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with the platform;
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform;

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure without notice and the freezing of any associated credit balance.

4. Payments, Transactions & Account Policies

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on the 1290 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in your own name — the use of bank accounts or digital wallets belonging to another party is strictly prohibited.

Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with 1290's internal procedures. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and may be subject to additional security checks. The platform reserves the right to delay or withhold suspicious withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure

1290 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or legal compliance requirements. Where an account is closed due to a user's breach of the Terms, any outstanding credit balance may not be recoverable. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 1290 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1290 and its management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including service interruptions, temporary technical failures, or data loss.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1290 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 1290 and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content without prior written permission from 1290.
